Book Stables/Yards

Before you begin...

NOTE: This form is an expression of interest only. Stabling and yarding facilities are limited so the allocations will work on first in best dressed basis. Your booking/s will be confirmed by the ELF Organising Committee and payment will be required at this stage.

  • This form has several sections. Please complete all of the required fields.
    • General information - Contact information, address, phone, email.
    • Stable / Yard booking - Information required includes horse, competitor and owner information, and which discipline horse is entered in.
  • Complete a copy of this form. If you need to make booking for multiple horses you will be prompt to complete a new form for each horse. Your information from the "general information" section will transfer to the next booking form.
  • Payment for stabling/yarding will be required following confirmation of your booking allocation by ELF Organising Committee.

Schedule of Fees

  • Stables
    • All stables are 3m x 3m temporary stables that will be built on a grass surface.
    • $50 per day (midnight - midnight)
    • $50 compulsory cleaning bond (Refunds are processed via bank transfer post-event when stable is left clean, all bedding removed, competitors have reported to Stable Managers office and had stable checked and signed off before exiting the venue.)
  • Yards
    • Yards range from 3m x 3m yards, built on a grass surface.
    • $25 per day (midnight – midnight)
    • $50 compulsory cleaning bond (Refunds are processed via bank transfer post-event when stable is left clean, all bedding removed, competitors have reported to Stable Mangers office and had stable checked and signed off before exiting the venue.)
  • Shavings for Horse Bedding
    • Bags of pine shavings are available to purchase for $11.95 per bag. The ‘Initial Fill’ quantity of bags will be emptied into your stable ready for your arrival, the ‘Extra bags’ will be left sealed for you to use at your leisure.

Bond Refund - Bank Details for EFT

Bank details are required to process refund of the cleaning bond post-event. Refunds are processed via bank transfer post-event when stable is left clean, all bedding removed, competitors have reported to Stable Mangers office and had stable checked and signed off before exiting the venue. The cleaning bond is $50 per stable or yard.
