Hawkesbury Showground located on Racecourse Road, Clarendon NSW 2756.
Main entry to the festival is via Gate 2 with carpark entry via Gate 1.

What are the Dates and Opening Hours?
Friday 13 November - 9:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday 14 November - 9:00am to 9:00pm
Sunday 15 November - 9:00am to 7:00pm
Is this an annual event?
No, this event will only run every two years, so the next event will be in 2017.
How can I purchase tickets?
Discounted tickets (up to 20% discount off the onsite prices) can be purchased online prior to the festival. To save time onsite and to save money we strongly encourage pre-purchasing tickets.

How do I get there?
Main entry to the festival is via Gate 2.
By car - Driving from to the venue via Blacktown Road (rather than from Hawkesbury Valley Way) is strongly recommended.
By train - Clarendon train station is situated 500 metres from the Gate 2 Main Entry to the festival. For easy access from Sydney Central Station take the T1 Western Line (towards Richmond) directly to Clarendon Station. For more information visit www.sydneytrains.info
Will there be parking available onsite?
Visitor Parking is available for $5 per vehicle entry. Entry to the carpark is via Gate 1, off Racecourse Road. Cash payment only for parking.

Will there be an ATM onsite?
An ATM will be set up opposite the main entrance outside of the Tucker Tent Café. Many trade stall holders will be selling an extensive range of horse, dog, food, wine and regional lifestyle products and services for you to purchase.
Can I buy food at the festival?
There will be a variety of food and beverages available for purchase onsite at the Tucker Town Café, Coffee Lounge, Peter Horobin Saddlery Champagne Lounge, The Saloon Bar and various food truck vendors.
BYO Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
We encourage visitors to BYO picnic rugs & portable chairs to enjoy the festival atmosphere.
Can I bring my dog along with me to the festival?
Yes! You can bring your dog along with you to the Equine Lifestyle Festival so long as they are suitably vaccinated and socialised, are soft-leashed and accompanied by their owner/person responsible at all times during the event.
How do I stay informed about all festival information?
Simply follow us on social media – Facebook, Instagram & Twitter and register your details (name & email) on the event website to be added to our mailing list. Benefits include regular ELF updates, early bird ticketing announcements and a monthly e-newsletter sent directly to your email.
Is there disabled access?
The Hawkesbury Showground is a single levelled ground with good disabled access. Many of the surfaces are grass and gravel and therefore disabled access may be limited in some areas. Wheelchairs will not be available to borrow or rent onsite.
How can I exhibit with a trade stall?

How do I become an ELF Volunteer?
If you would like to join the Volunteer Team complete the online application located at www.equinelifestylefestival.com.au/volunteers
You must be a minimum of 16 years of age to participate in the Volunteer Team and places are hotly contested, so please put your application in early!

Is there an evening program?
Yes, there will be a special evening program on Saturday 14 November. Following the feature showjumping competition (the World Cup and Olympic qualifier jumping) there will be a packaged entertainment which will include fast paced action of horses and dogs. This will be great family entertainment from 7.30pm until 9pm. No seperate tickets required, the evening program is part of your daily admission.
