Media intending to film at the event must outline their plans, number of crew below, or in a separate email to media@equinelifestylefestival.com.au at the same time as lodging this form to the Media Manager for approval.

Commercial use of footage without permission is prohibited.

Comments / Questions / Special Requirements

  • Media accreditation will be restricted to working media covering the event and will be at the discretion of the event organisers.
  • Once your media accreditation is approved, you will be notified and will be able to collect your media pass(es) from the ticketing box located at the main event entrance at Hawksbury Showground. You can collect your pass during event days Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November
  • On arrival, please make contact in the Media Centre, to be given details on special media opportunities on each day, as well as any restrictions that may apply to filming / photographs / interviews.
  • All attending media must sign the disclaimer attached to your application email then scan and email to media@equinelifestylefestival.com.au or fax to 03 9646 1559 before the event.
