Volunteers are a crucial part of the smooth running and success of any event. We are now seeking helpers to assist with various jobs throughout the Festival. If you are interested, please fill in the form below. We have 120 places available for our team of ELF supporters, which will be allocated based on experience with horses and events, availability and age. You must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the start of the event to volunteer at ELF.  Jobs include Marshalling, Customer Service, General assistance, Competition set ups and Escorting/Marshalling (Transfer Teams).

Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 3 shifts across the event period (commencing from Thursday 12th November until Sunday 15th November 2015) . Shifts are approximately 6.5 hours long and run from the morning to afternoon or afternoon to evening.

The first round of offers of volunteer placements will be sent out mid September, so in the meantime, you can keep informed on all things ELF related by signing up to our Equine Lifestyle Festival Newsletter and stay up to date!

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR TEAM LEADERS

Are you interested in becoming a TEAM LEADER? We are looking for a small number of highly motivated, well organised and experienced people to help us lead our fabulous Volunteer Crews. If you have some experience in managing people, or perhaps you have been a team leader for past events - we would love to receive your application.

If you are interested in applying for a TEAM LEADER position please submit a summary of leadership experience (maximum of 500 characters). Please note that as a Team Leader you will be required to work for one shift on all days of the event (minimum of 3 shifts in total) and ideally attend a Team Leader’s briefing session in the late afternoon on Tuesday before the event.
